Spring BootでMySQLのデータを取得する処理を実装したい【Docker Compose】

現在、エラーが発生しています。
また、エラー文の一部が文字化けしています。

URLを表示すると、jsonが表示されるようなAPI自体は既にできています。
しかし、SQLのデータ取得ができていないのです。
