Oh! I missed my flight at Alaska Airlines JFK Terminal that made me stressed, suddenly i became very worried about many thinking how, why, now, then, but what next and i m blessed got the help by the staff handled my situation very carefully, they took no time to book rebook my flight and they checked on me twice to that i got calm or not but really i was worried but i got help on time and they helped me to relax. I had some snacks and coffee, sat in a peaceful spot. After a few hours of waiting, I got the flight. Must say the staff was very friendly and caring and exceptionally professional in their work. I always remember that day, and now I never get late to catch my flight. I will recommend reaching an hour before and take the delight service of Alaska Airlines JFK Terminal.
