Hi there. I Shreya Singh, work as a Fitness & Diet Integration Coach at Dietician Geetanjali. I help clients synchronize their workouts with proper nutrition for maximum benefits. So, whatever their recovery period is, whether for fat loss, muscle gain, or enhancing athletic performance, I teach them how to fuel their bodies properly. I go on to suggest recovery meals and hydration plans for them. Every day I am fueled by the thought of seeing people transform both physically and mentally through the right pairing of fitness and diet.
