生まれも育ちも日本人で、数年ほど海外に在住経験があります
＜経歴・経験＞
普段は日本人の海外渡航・現地就職・外国人の来日・滞在・現地就職支援で活動中
15カ国以上渡航・SE・日本語・英語でWeb開発経験。Web・モバイルの個人開発経験・サービス運営経験あり。150回のテック系イベント運営を通じ、グローバル人材支援・現地就職サポートに特化。
国内・海外と1500人以上のメンバーのテック系キャリア支援コミュニティを運営中
2023年からカナダ・バンクーバーにてテックコミュニティ運営を始め、2025年3月より、日本を拠点に個別支援を強化し、実践的な日本人の海外就職＆来日外国人のサポートを開始。
イベント参加者の個々のスキルアップ・ネットワーキング構築機会、キャリア支援プランの提供を行なっています。2025年8月にNPO法人設立
