A fax cover sheet is a cover letter that is sent to a fax machine for any document. The purpose of sending a fax cover sheet is to let the receiver know from whom the fax is coming and what’s the intent behind it. A fax cover sheet usually contains the sender’s details, including name, address, phone number, and fax number. It should also include the same necessary information about the recipient.
