Godrej Park Retreat is spread across 13 to 15 acres and offers around 1000 units in 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations. There will be a total of eight towers and a maximum of four units per floor. Out of the eight towers, five towers, that is, tower A, B,C, D and E will be a mix of 2 and 3 BHKs and will have 27 floors. Towers F and G are dedicated only for 2 BHK units and will have 24 floors, and Tower H will have only 1 BHK units and will consist of 21 floors.

In total, there will be 200 - 1 BHKs, 500 - 2 BHK and 300 -3 BHK apartment units. The apartments are mostly north, west and north-west facing.
