In the event that a tenant has exceeded the grace period of their lease, we will issue them with late notice. In addition to the regular rent payment, we collect the relevant late fines as well. In the worst-case scenario, if we have a tenant who fails to pay rent, we will assist with the eviction procedure and the re-rental of the property as soon as possible.
